访问chatGPT：Sorry, you have been blocked或者Access denied
现阶段，直接访问openAI的子域名，如对话地址https://chat.openai.com/ 或者访问注册/登录页 https://platform.openai.com/signup 已经不能打开，在使用海外代理环境访问时，提示：Sorry, you have been blocked

1、尝试使用无痕浏览模式访问：此方案测试无效，使用能访问chat.openai.com/和不能访问的对比测试之后，发现开不开无痕根本没影响；
2、清空浏览器下openai.com的访问缓存和cookie信息：此方案测试无效，尝试清理浏览器缓存和cookie，甚至更换浏览器也无法解决问题，
再这里截图下清理单个网站cookie以及缓存信息的方法：在浏览器页面点击键盘F12,唤出浏览器控制台，以Google chrome为例：
点击 Application页签，鼠标移动到左侧local storage 和Cookie 下的域名地址上，点击右键，点击 clear/清空 。右侧数据列表数据会被全部清理掉
3、没有开全局模式：经测试无效，此外，部分工具版本根本就没有全局模式的设置，即便不开，能访问的依旧能打开。
blocked或者Access denied解决方法：
经过A/B对比测试发现，最终有效的只有更换网络环境，因为你的代理ip地址段可能被划进了黑名单，我自己用了几年的稳定美国ip，也无法阻止这样悲惨的结果。
此外，还有一种情况是，你的网络没有问题，但是你的工具有问题。那么如果有条件，可以以window环境，直接远程访问服务器，通过访问浏览器，输入地址尝试看能否打开，如果能的话，那就必定是工具问题了。
如果页面能打开，只是在输入邮箱的时候，提示：Signup is currently unavailable, please try again later。那么换个邮箱试试。

4月15日再更：
之前没有做过任何操作，今天发现登录页https://platform.openai.com/signup 竟然可以登录上了！ 赶紧上车注册几个号。
然而，能登上注册https://platform.openai.com/signup ，却还是无法打开https://chat.openai.com
这也证实了之前的猜测，openAI会根据IP来源，比如是大型机房IP，会进行封禁，封禁的ip库可能动态变化。
此外，据说除了http形式的请求外，还可以采用stream方式进行数据交互，而此种方式是不涉及到ip，也就不存在交通交互被封禁的可能。
